Apple Vision Pro ~ WWDC 2023

  • Apple is finally in the game of AR/ VR by launching Vision Pro.

  • Launch of a brand new VisionOS operation system to power the Vision products.

  • Priced at a whooping price of $3499 it is expected to hit the market in early 2024.

  • P.S. During the whole even Apple didn't mention AI even a single time. It resorted to using the words like “machine learning model, language model, etc.”

Now, Since the biggest tech company is now in the AR/ VR segment it can rally other media & production houses to adapt and create rich content and experience for the users. One such example is Apple partnering up with Disney to bring Disney+ and a cinema-like experience to the VisionPro headset.

Think Twice before using a Chrome AI extension.

Chrome extensions are notorious and some of them might be stealing your data while posing as a lifesaver.

  • Some Chrome extension promise to deliver AI capabilities right in your Chrome browser but are actually malware to steal sensitive information. Read more

  • Even if an extension have 1000s of download you cannot be sure if it is not a malware.

  • Do not install a chrome extension unless it's super necessary.

  • Only install extension from trusted source.

  • A quick trick would be to deny automatic site access to the Chrome extension.
